so safety education for beginners is often overlooked.

  • Cancellation on the day of reservation is non-refundable.
  • All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We recommend you to arrive 20 minutes before the reservation starts. 

Cancellation Policy

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.
  • No-Show Policy: There is no refund if a guest fails to show up on the date of reservation.
  • Operating hours remain unchanged even during inclement weather. Requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds will be considered only in the event of severe weather conditions posing a safety hazard.
  • Refunds will not be provided for unfavorable weather conditions experienced during the activity.
  • If you return the product before the end of the return period while using it, you won't get a refund for the remaining time.

Additional Information

  • Changing rooms and showers are provided.
  • You should bring your own toiletries as the facility does not supply shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc.
  • The waiting time may occur depending on the volume of users.
  • Visitors wearing non-fixed shoes, such as slippers and flip-flops, are not allowed to participate in the activity.
  • Your rental service cannot be transferred to a third party.

  • It's important to do a proper warm-up before swimming and avoid going into the water right after meals.
  • Water activities are not permitted after consuming alcohol.
  • The customer is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the rented items.
  • Individuals are liable for any theft or loss of personal belongings. 
  • Individuals are held accountable for accidents resulting from personal negligence, which includes instances of diving and aggressive conduct. Millim and Lunaru bear no responsibility for the accidents occurring during the rental period.
  • For the sake of safety, it is imperative that individuals adhere to the instructions provided by the staff. They retain the authority to decline service in case needed.

Refund Request

  • Go to 'My Page' > Reservation Details  & Click 'Cancel Product' > Cancel Button.
  • You may need to provide bank name, account holder's name, and account number depending on the chosen payment method.
  • It may take between 1 to 3 business days for refunds to be fully processed.
  • Please get in touch with our KakaoTalk channel to request a refund for a reservation that was canceled due to inclement weather conditions.
