How do I learn to wakesurf?

If you are an absolute 'beginner',

You must take the beginner's course!

Step by step -

From the basics to gradually moving to bigger waves

📌 Please Read! 📌

• If you're a first-time beginner, you can use your ticket after finishing a beginner course training.
• Experienced riders can use the tickets without taking the beginner course training.
• All lessons and passes cannot be transferred or carried over to the next year, so please use them all up by November 30th.
• They may not accept walk-ins in case you don't make a reservation.
• Please arrive at the facility on time.

Additional Information

• Changing rooms and showers are provided.
• The waiting time may occur depending on the volume of users.
• Your rental service cannot be transferred to a third party.
• You need to bring your own toiletries and extra clothes as the facility does not supply shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc.

Safety & Rules

• It's important to do a proper warm-up before swimming and avoid going into the water right after meals.
• Water activities are not permitted after consuming alcohol.
• Pets or certain leisure equipments are not allowed at the facility.
• Individuals are liable for any theft or loss of personal belongings. 
• Visitors wearing non-fixed shoes, such as slippers and flip-flops, are not allowed to participate in the activity.
• You must wear the provided life jacket to enter. You may be forced to leave if you take it off inside the facility.
• The customer is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the provided items.
• Individuals are held accountable for accidents resulting from personal negligence, which includes instances of diving and aggressive conduct. Millim and River City Water Ski Resort bear no responsibility for the accidents occurring during the facility use.
• For the sake of safety, it is imperative that individuals adhere to the instructions provided by the staff. They retain the authority to decline service in case needed.

Cancellation Policy

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.
• No-Show Policy: There is no refund if a guest fails to show up on the date of reservation.
• Operating hours remain unchanged even during inclement weather. Requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds will be considered only in the event of severe weather conditions posing a safety hazard.
• Refunds will not be provided for unfavorable weather conditions experienced during the activity.
• Even if you return the rented items before the end of the return period while using it, you won't get a refund for the remaining time.

Refund Request

• Go to `My Page` > Reservation Details  & Click Cancel Product > Cancel Button.
• You may need to provide bank name, account holder's name, and account number depending on the chosen payment method.
• It may take between 1 to 3 business days for refunds to be fully processed.
• Please get in touch with our KakaoTalk channel to request a refund for a reservation that was canceled due to inclement weather conditions.
