A lift ticket is a time pass.

(2/3/4/6 hours selectable)

For time pass boarding, the usage time is applied from the first passage through the gate.


* Gonjiam Ski Resort Working Hours 09:00 ~ 02:00
* Set-up time : 17:00 ~ 19:00
* Due to partial confirmation, the lift will operate without stopping.

* Subject to change depending on operating hours

1. Is it possible to make a reservation on the same day? 
Yes! 

Same day purchase available.

However, it is difficult to cancel

due to the refund policy

when making a reservation &payment

on the same day.

 

2. Can I ask for pick-up service? 
Yes!

This store is located near the ski resort. Please inquire in advance.

We provide pick-up service for people when rental and return, so you can come lightly!

  • Reservation is confirmed after payment. (Reservation may change while waiting for deposit without bankbook.)
  • A guide message will be sent to your reserved mobile phone number on Kakao Talk.
  • Please arrive at the store on time for your reservation.
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Caution

  • All items of the voucher provided are rental items, and all are valuable assets of Ganji Border. 
  • In case of theft, loss, or damage of rental equipment due to the user's negligence, the user is responsible for compensation.
  • Your ID can be kept on site during the rental period for easy rental and return if necessary.
  • Make sure to take a photo of the prodect before rental. After receiving, please check whether the reservation details and components match and the product status. In case of abnormality, please submit a photo to the customer service center on the same day.
  • Returns can be made at the designed return time within business hours, and additional charges may apply for non-return within the return time.
  • Millim is not responsible for any accidents or fines that occur during rental.
  • If you are concerned about safety accidents, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance or mountain insurance individually.
  • It is prohibited to use it for the purpose of lending, transferring, collateral, disassembling, etc. to a third person, and you are responsible for all resonsibilities arising from the prohibited act.
  • It states that Millim and Ganji Border are not responsible for any accidents that occur during rental.
  • As soon as the rental period ends, you must return the rental equipment and all other additional equipment to the rental shop where you rented them. In case of non-return or loss, you are obligated to compensate the product.
  • Please make sure to follow the corona virous prevention guidelines and use it.

Caution for rental products

  • The rental products you use are valuable assets. Please create a nice rental culture that everyone can use safely and cleanly. :) 
  • In principle, rental products are to be returned in their original condition, and according to the 'In case of loss/damage/crash' of the product, the cost required for repurchase or A/S will be charged depending on the degree of loss or damage.

Cancellation/Refund

  • 100% refundable before the day of use
  • Non-refundable on the day of use
  • Even if you return the product before the return time while using the product, the remaining time will not be refunded.
  • In case of card cancellation, it takes about 2 to 5 business days depending on the card company.

Refund request

  • My page > Reservation History > Cancel Product > Cancel
  • Depending on the payment method, you must enter the account holder, bank name, and account number.
  • It may take 1-3 business days to complete the cancellation after applying for a refund.
