Reservation

• If you walk in on the same day without a reservation, you may be unable to rent due to a lack of inventory.
• Your reservation will be confirmed upon successful payment.
• Please arrive on time for your reservation.
• Additional charges may be incurred if the bike is not returned within the rental period.

• If you're renting an e-bike, you can also rent a mat / mini Bluetooth speaker / small bag / lock for free!

Safety & Rules

• You must have a valid driving license (Motorcycle License, Class 1 & Class 2 Driver's License OK). The rental facility could hold your ID during the rental period, if necessary. 
• Please wear a safety helmet while riding.
• Keep the LED lights on when riding at night.
• You are not permitted to ride bikes after consuming alcohol.
• Aggressive driving such as riding one-handed, road driving, crosswalk driving, and dual boarding on one seat is strictly prohibited.

Precautions

• Make sure to take a picture of the equipment you're renting and check whether you receive the one matching your reservation details.
• There is no insurance provided along with the bike rental. Individuals are held accountable for accidents resulting from personal negligence. If you are concerned with accidents, we recommend you get your safety insurance separately.
• Millim and Go KickBoard bear no responsibility for the accidents occurring during the rental period.
• Your rental service cannot be transferred to a third party.
• The customer is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the rented items.
• The customer is responsible for the result of their violation of traffic laws.

Cancellation/Refund

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.
• No-Show Policy: There is no refund if a guest fails to show up on the date of reservation.
• Operating hours remain unchanged even during inclement weather. Requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds will be considered only in the event of severe weather conditions posing a safety hazard.
• Refunds will not be provided for unfavorable weather conditions experienced during the activity.
• Even if you return the rented items before the end of the return period while using it, you won't get a refund for the remaining time.

Refund Request

• Go to `My Page` > Reservation Details  & Click Cancel Product > Cancel Button.
• You may need to provide bank name, account holder's name, and account number depending on the chosen payment method.
• It may take between 1 to 3 business days for refunds to be fully processed.
• Please get in touch with our KakaoTalk channel to request a refund for a reservation that was canceled due to inclement weather conditions.
