Regarding booking and services
- If you go to the rental shops without booking, you might not be able to use the service.
- Children under 14year old have to go to the shops with parents!
- It is possible to use the shower room but, you need to carry your own washing tool.
- We recommend you to arrive 20 minutes earlier than the time you booked.
Cancellation/Refund
- Until 1 day before use: No cancellation fee for payment amount
- Date of use: Unable to cancel
- It is open normally even in rainy weather. Cancellation, change, or refund is possible only if it is deemed to pose a safety threat.
- However, there is no refund for bad weather during use.
- If you return it before the return period while using the product, you will not be refunded for the remaining time.
- (In case of card cancellation, it will take about 2 to 5 business days depending on the credit card company.)
Rules of Use
- You can use the changing room and shower room.
- For safety reasons, you should do enough warm-up exercise and be careful not to go into the water immediately after meals, and water leisure is not allowed after drinking.
- Please note that the user is responsible for the loss or damage of the facility.
- The waiting time may occur depending on the number of users.
- For safety, you must cooperate with the control of the staff.
Note to use rental service
- For your safety and prevention of accidents, please do enough warm-up before use.
- Please actively cooperate with the safety personnel's guidance when using the facility, and the use may be rejected by the safety personnel's decision.
- You can enter after wearing a life vest provided to customers who purchase tickets, and you can be forced to leave the facility if you take off.
- Customers wearing non-fixed shoes such as slippers and flip-flop shoes are not allowed to enter when using the facility.
- We are not responsible for accidents caused by personal carelessness, such as diving and violent behavior.
- We are not responsible for any loss or loss of valuables and personal belongings.
- Please take a good rest after eating before using it.
- All products are leisure items for experience. The accident caused by the user's own fault is the user's own responsibility.
- Please note that Millim, Lunaru Daejin Marina is not responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental.
- It cannot be leased or transferred to a third party, and Millim is not responsible in the event of an accident.
